Two sentence-builder sheets: introduce yourself or someone else with a name and age, then describe their personality and appearance. Pick one chunk from each column, left to right. The subject tells you which adjective form to use — masculine or feminine.

How Spanish "says" age Spanish doesn't say I am 12 — it says I have 12 years: tengo doce años (I have 12 years). Use tiene for he/she.

How to use it Match the adjective to the gender of the person, not the speaker. Yo soy alto if you're a boy, yo soy alta if you're a girl. Mi padre es generoso. Mi madre es generosa. A handful of adjectives don't change between genders (fuerte stays the same for both).
